Representative Austerman moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                 
the House consider the Conference Committee with limited powers of                                                              
free conference report (page 1189) on CSHB 109(FIN) and SCS                                                                     
CSHB 109(FIN).  There being no objection, it was so ordered.

Committee with limited powers of free conference report, thus

     CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 109                                                                                       
     "An Act making appropriations for the operating and capital                                                                
     expenses of the state's integrated comprehensive mental health                                                             
     program; and providing for an effective date."
